We were concerned with possibly losing quality by converting XAVC HS to H.264 MP4 for DaVinci Resolve with Acrok.

The bottom line, however, is that once you convert your Sony a7 IV files HEVC codec to H.264 codec using Acrok Video Converter Ultimate, there are absolutely no problems regardless of file lengt.which in our case is perhaps a four minute movie.
